Email us with the app version and build number, your iPhone model and iOS version, the game and difficulty you were playing, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot is useful when the issue is visual. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or sensitive medical information. We aim to reply within three business days.

For a rejected word, include the word, available letters and the British spelling you expected. For Numbers, Spatial or Colour Sudoku, include the difficulty and any puzzle identifier shown. The puzzle engines validate generated boards, but reports help us find display and interaction issues.

Progress is stored on your device and can be removed by deleting Abacus and its stored data. Optional analytics can be disabled at any time in Performance Profile or Privacy & Analytics. To request deletion of previously shared analytics, email us with the random player identifier shown inside the app.

The Daily Challenge is free. Arcade includes 20 free rounds each local day, and completing the Daily grants one additional round. Abacus Premium includes unlimited Arcade, personal skill maps, trends, recommendations, comparisons, game breakdowns, six complimentary daily Boosts and no ads. Paid Boost packs are not offered in this version.

Subscription prices and any trial eligibility are shown by Apple before confirmation. Use Restore Purchases on the Abacus Premium screen to restore an eligible purchase. To cancel or manage a subscription, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting Abacus does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple administers refund requests.
